Jeremy passed away suddenly in Brisbane, Australia on 5th March 2021, aged 43 years. Deeply loved and cherished only child of Letitia (Topsy), Scott, and stepson of the late David. Loved husband of Peta, adored father and father in-law of Abbie and Morgan Smith, Bella and Matt Burgemeister. Treasured Grandad of Gemma and Allee Jane. Brother of Nick Innes (Havelock) stepbrother to Linda Haines and Chris Scott (Nelson).

 

A service for Jeremy was held at the Shone and Shirley Chapel, 164 Tahunanui Drive, Nelson on Wednesday 17th March at 2pm.
