It breaks our hearts to say that our gorgeous girl, Chloe passed away surrounded by love and family on Saturday the 13th of November 2021, Nelson Tasman Hospice, at the young age of 35 years. Chloe is an adored wife, best friend and soul mate of Shannon and devoted super mum, like no other to Quinn, Oakley and Marlin who are all left heartbroken. The most perfect and cherished daughter of Briar, words cannot describe the ache of missing you, and daughter of Colin. Unconditionally loved daughter-in-law of Hugh and Pam. A treasured and beautiful sister and sister-in-law to Fern and Shawn, Clay and Kerry and Bodelle, Adam and Nicole. A very special aunt of Charlotte, Braxton, Olivia, and Sonny. A loved friend of many.

A celebration of Chloe's beautiful life will be held at Gardens of the World, 95 Clover Road East, Hope, on Tuesday the 23rd of November at 1.30pm. Messages of love and support can be sent to Chloe's family at 36 Washington Valley Road, Washington Valley, 7010, or left online here.

Our girl was too big for this world.

Please accept my dearest condolences at this terrible time. I have been thinking of Chloe a lot this week. I didn’t know her very well but often when we bumped into each other she would make time for a quick chat, and it was always positive. We often joked about the ups and downs of motherhood and those small interactions always brightened my day. Quinn is my daughter’s age and my heart breaks especially for her right now. Please contact me if there is anything I can do to help out. Lots of love from Femke and family.
